There are many example to prove that the quality found in a grown up man may be found in germ in the child. Lives of Michael angelo, titian, shivaji prove the truth of the proverb. But there are exceptions. Children who had shown great promise sometimes turn out to be failure as adults. Conversely some who were ordinary or even dull as children grow up to be great people. Generally however the child shows what the man will be. since it generally true that man grows up to be what he is a child, there is a need training children the right way.
